It was a treat for me to spend the afternoon on Australia Day photographing Fiona’s bub, only seven days old.
Even though a newborn baby can’t fidget, bounce, bump or jump like a toddler, it is still impossible to predict exactly what kinds of photos you will take beforehand. Even a child who can’t yet talk and share its thoughts seems to speak to us from its soul through a myriad of expressions. Every child is unique, even just at seven days old.
